 All this poor dude wanted was to be hip, relevant, cool-or whatever the kids are calling it these days. Sadly, keeping up with the trends is a tricky business. There are so many slang words being invented daily, it's hard not to fall behind.

His shirt says "Yolo"-right, because "You only live once!" Let's give him props for trying. However, below that, it says "Swacc" instead of "Swag." Presumably, he wanted to buy a shirt with "Swag" (Style), but he's probably accidentally inventing his own slang. Well, "swacc" will probably never be a hit-but he gets an A for effort!
